• Target scanning or circling behavior

• Unnatural approach angles or sudden changes in body language

• Emotional escalation — anger, shouting, agitation

Train your brain to see patterns before they break your peace.

2. React with Purpose

Hesitation kills. Once the threat is real, move — forward, lateral, or out.

• Strike simple, strike fast, and keep striking until you’re safe.

• Use tools already in your hands — flashlight, pen, cane, or bag.

• Don’t overthink. You don’t have time for fancy. You have time for effective.

3. Recover and Reposition

The fight isn’t over when the attacker drops. Check your surroundings, control your breathing, call for help, and prepare for the next move.

Train recovery as part of your defense — not an afterthought.
