Local service in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, Florida. Other locations and multiple sites by agreement.

Know what your team will do

A drone sighting can raise questions about outdoor activities, staff reporting, event disruption, privacy, and coordination with responders. An assessment helps your leadership make informed decisions based on the facility, the activity, and the evidence available.

We review preparedness and recommend practical improvements. A sighting alone does not establish malicious intent.

What the assessment includes

  • A leadership interview and review of agreed plans and incident information.
  • An escorted walkthrough of the included facility and outdoor activities.
  • A prioritized report with findings, evidence, limitations, recommendations, owners, and verification criteria.
  • A drone incident response procedure draft for your leadership to approve.
  • A 60-minute staff briefing and discussion-based tabletop exercise.
  • A follow-up meeting to review implementation.

Scope, timing, travel, participants, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Equipment evaluation and additional sites can be scoped separately.

Frequently asked questions

Does this include stopping or disabling drones?

This offering covers risk assessment, preparedness, and education. Active counter-drone intervention, drone flights, equipment installation, and continuous monitoring are outside the standard scope.

Will this certify our staff or facility?

The assessment and exercise support your organization’s readiness. They do not certify a facility, guarantee safety, provide legal opinions, or replace required government counter-UAS operator certification.

Do we need equipment first?

An assessment can identify procedural improvements and clarify equipment requirements. Any technology recommendation needs appropriate technical and legal review before procurement or deployment.

How is confidential site information handled?

We agree information handling, recipients, and retention before assessment work. Use the public inquiry only for basic project details. Detailed site information is exchanged through an agreed confidential channel.
